I've been unable to get assistance to sort out an account problem. Some purchases have been made without connecting to account, and I cannot manage the software changes and licenses apparently. I need assistance to consolidate or delete, or something. No advice for any method related to the website and where to go is necessary. A few hours of going around in circles, trying private browsers, etc., has not solved the problem.
It would be much easier with a service ticket. I make purchases for multiple businesses but not in an enterprise environment.
